Conexmodular homes are built by a Australia – China joint venture with a large production facilities in Foshan, China. The manufacturer has been producing high quality household products since 2005, has gained an international reputation for innovation, style, quality and reliability. In 2011, a new manufacturing plant was opened in Foshan, significantly expanding its product range, including modular homes.
Complete control is maintained over the entire process, from design through to production, by Australian tradesmen. Guaranteeing that all homes either meet or exceed all Australian and New Zealand standards and the requirements of the Building Code. All products are designed and built by skilled craftsmen to the most exacting standards, using sustainable materials and practices.
Homes are fully completed internally with quartz stone benchtops, 2-pac finishes to the extensive cabinetry, double glazed windows & glass/bi-fold doors and much more. Like shipping containers, the structures can be easily transported and arranged in different configurations, allowing owner’s to customise the design and layout or even add modules at a later date.
